TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions for the sale of goods by us are as follows and replace any previous conditions. Please insure you have read and understood these terms prior to using Mi-Corazon.com.au.
These terms may change from time to time without notice. Any changes will be applicable only to any subsequent orders received.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment for purchases can be made by a Credit Card, Master Card, Visa and Paypal or via internet banking directly into our account. Preferred payment method is Paypal as this is the most secured method for you as a customer.

We will deliver to the address delivered to us at the time of order, please allow seven to ten days for delivery.

GOODS AVAILABILITY

If at any stage we are unable to provide the goods you have ordered. We will contact you as soon as possible and you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or complete refund of purchases made.

We aim to display all items in our current range and hold stock of all styles and sizes while product is available. However, from time to time an item maybe out of stock and if this is the case you’ll be notified of the unavailability statues.

In the event that the product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless weather the order has been confirmed and payment accepted.

If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price will be issued promptly.

It is your responsibility to verify that your email address is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

PRICING

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and the price should be the price quoted on the website or the catalogue (which is exclusive of GST) except for when we make an error or if the prices change of publication. If we have made an error, then we’ll inform you as soon as possible after you have placed your order.  If we have not received confirmation of this price change within ten days we will assume you did not accept the new price and your order will be cancelled.

RETURNS POLICY

We will not be under any liability due to any late or failed delivery, If not wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond out reasonable control.
We strongly advise that upon receipt you inspect the goods thoroughly and advise if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with the product you received you may return them to us within one month.  We will be more than happy to offer an exchange or at our discretion a refund provided the products are returned complete in perfect condition and unused with the original packaging.

For all returns, with the acception of faulty goods, you’ll be required to arrange and pay for the return of products to us.
